Art files and design instructions

We offer three styles and designs for our oral strips. Please consult your Nutrastrips representative before designing your files to ensure you are using the right template.

Option One
(Most Popular)

The 79x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 42mm long.

The pouch is designed to allow a consumer to peel the pouch open exposing the strip in its entirety, which allows for easy access.

Option Two

The 60x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 35mm long.

The pouch would include a tear notch that allows the user to tear the pouch open from one end and pull the strip out with their fingers.

Option Three

The 90x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 60mm long.

The pouch would include a tear notch that allows the user to tear the pouch open from one end and pull the strip out with their fingers.

Design Instructions and Tips

The strips are produced by sealing the front design to the back design during production. This is done four strips at a time. This means the art files for the foil must repeat four across. The template you choose above is already set to the proper sizing, so its best to overlay your design on our template.

Here’s an example of what the front and back finished designs should look like (example shows Option Three above, the 95mm x 50mm).f

Foil Front Side

Four strips across, with repeating patterns. You can include barcodes/QR codes, you unique branding, etc. You can also leave a rectangle as a place for us to print lot codes and expiration dates. Depending on the size/style of pouch you select above, the image below may differ.

Foil Back Side

Back sides need to be repeated patterns that don’t rely on centered graphics. The back sides of foil do not remain centered and will shift up as production proceeds (side to side will remain steady). Since this is a repeated pattern, you don’t need to worry about spacing.

Retail Packaging

There are unlimited options for retail packaging, We have found that flat pouches (with a resealable zipper) are good for packs of less than 15 strips,, and folding cartons are best for over 15 strips per package, with 30 strips per unit being the most common

Below are packaging templates that can be used if you desire. Otherwise, let’s talk and discuss options and ensure the strips fit in your chosen packaging.
